[Last updated on: Tue Apr 30 12:54:02 2002] The Brisbane Mesh project hopes to establish a wireless, metropolitan area, free access, community network in Brisbane. This mailing list is intended for open discussion by people connected to, or interested in the project. A web site for the project, including an archive of this mailing list and links to other related fora is at: http://www.itee.uq.edu.au/~mesh/ NOTE This mailing list is unmoderated. (A separate mailing list for moderated important announcements is called mesh-announce.) Using mesh
To post a message to all the list members, send email to mesh@lists.eait.uq.edu.au. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to mesh
Subscribe to mesh by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
